Over here in Jodhpur, we operate as Parsvnath Developers Ltd. Our office is situated at A-15 Mahaveer Nagar. If you are looking for us, we are right behind K.N Hospital. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the hospital is. Being in Rajasthan, the heat can be something else in the summer, so we keep the fans going pretty much all day long. Our office isn’t anything fancy. It’s just a regular building in Mahaveer Nagar where we handle our development projects. We have a few desks, some old cupboards full of old records, and usually a stack of newspapers on the table. Jodhpur is a beautiful place, but the work we do is pretty gritty—lots of planning and dealing with land details. We aren't the type to use big words or pretend we’re more than we are. We’re just local people working on buildings. Sometimes the neighborhood dogs bark a bit too much outside the window, but you get used to it. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find us once they see the hospital. We’ve been at this address for a while and it feels right. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to polish up our image. It’s just us, doing what we do every day. If you drop by, you’ll probably see us buried in paperwork or on the phone. We usually have some cold water ready for anyone who walks in from the heat.
