Param Industries

You can find Param Industries over on Road Number 4 in the Basni 2nd Phase. We are at F-143, which is right near the 4 Khamba landmark. Everyone around here knows the 4 Khamba, so it makes it easy to give directions. Our building is a pretty standard industrial unit. We have the workshop on the ground floor and a small space upstairs for the paperwork. It’s always a bit dusty because of the manufacturing we do, but we try to sweep it out every evening. The guys in the shop are usually busy from eight in the morning until late in the evening. We have a small tea stall just down the road where we go for breaks. It’s a busy part of the M.I.A. area with a lot of movement. We don’t have a big reception area or a lobby. If you walk in, you’re basically standing right where the work is happening. We like it that way because we can see everything. Sometimes the machines need repairs, and that slows things down, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t spend money on fancy websites or brochures. We just focus on the items we are making. The windows are usually left open to let the air circulate, even though it brings in the noise from the street. There are always piles of metal or wood near the entrance waiting to be moved.
