We're out at Imba Nimedi on Madore Road, running the place we call Orange Tree. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but it’s much quieter out here. The building is just a simple structure we’ve used for years. We don’t have much in the way of decoration. Inside, it’s mostly just workspace and storage. We start work pretty early when the air is still cool. There are some trees nearby that give us a bit of shade in the afternoon. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving stuff from one side of the room to the other. It’s hard work and our clothes usually get pretty messy by the end of the shift. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a marketing team. Most people find out about us from someone else who has been here before. We try to keep things organized, but when we get a lot of deliveries at once, it gets a bit chaotic for a day or two. We have an old radio that plays in the background, mostly just local news and some music. It helps the time go by. We’re just regular people trying to keep this business going. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather is nice. We don’t ask for much, just enough work to keep us busy and the bills paid. It's a simple life out here on Madore Road and we like it that way.
