Our spot is at A-37 in Vayu Vihar Colony, right near the Jhalamand Circle. It’s a good location because everyone passes by the circle at some point during the day. We spend most of our time dealing with land and new developments around this side of town. The office is usually a bit busy in the evenings when people are off work and have time to talk. We have stacks of files on the desk and a computer that’s a few years old now. Most of our work involves meeting people at the plots and walking around to see the boundaries. It gets quite hot out there, so we always carry water in the car. We help with the local paperwork and making sure the land titles are clear for everyone. My brother and I have been doing this for several years now. We know the streets around Jhalamand pretty well by heart. Sometimes we just sit and talk with the neighbors to find out what’s being built nearby. We don't use big words or try to act like we are some huge company with a big budget. We are just local guys who know about property in this area. If someone needs to find a spot for a new house, they usually drop by our office for a chat. It’s a straightforward business with plenty of driving around.
