Novelty Impex

Novelty Impex is based out of Novelty House at 518-A on 8th B-Road in Sardarpura. It’s a well-known building in this part of the city. We’ve been here for a good number of years. The office is usually a bit cluttered with samples and paperwork, but we know where everything is. Sardarpura is a busy place, and the road outside can get pretty cramped during the peak hours. We try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. The name on the building makes it easy for people to find us. We handle a lot of import and export stuff, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone or tracking shipments. It’s a lot of waiting and then a lot of rushing around all at once. We don’t really have a big public-facing side to the business. Most of our work is done behind the scenes with other companies. We’re just regular people trying to keep things moving smoothly. Sometimes the internet goes down or a shipment is late, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We’ve got a small team here and most of us have been working together for years. We don’t need any fancy titles or corporate meetings. We just talk across the desks.
