Nitin Leather Bags

I started Nitin Leather Bags in Sanjay Gandhi Colony because it’s where I grew up. We are in Gali No. 1, which is a narrow street but everyone knows it. The Mahadev Mandir is the main landmark here, and we are quite close to it. Being in Pratap Nagar gives the business a real local feel. You can hear the temple bells from the shop in the mornings and evenings. I work with leather most of the day, so there’s always that specific smell in the air. The bags are piled up on the racks, and I try to keep them covered so they don't get dusty. Pratap Nagar is a busy place, but Gali No. 1 stays a bit quieter. My workshop is just a small room where I spend most of my hours. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning, just a fan and a solid workbench. People from the colony often stop by just to see what I’m making. I like being near Mahadev Mandir because it brings a lot of peace to the area. Sometimes my brothers help me move the heavier leather rolls around. We don't do any big advertising, people just find us by word of mouth or by walking past the temple. It’s a simple life, making bags and talking to the neighbors who pass by our door every day. We’ve been near Mahadev Mandir for years, and it feels like home in this part of Pratap Nagar.
