National Book Depot

We've been at Jalori Gate for quite some time now. Being right opposite the TB Hospital makes it easy for people to find us. We mostly deal with school books and some general stationery that students around here need. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the shops are just opening up. We try to keep the shelves stocked, but sometimes things run out faster than we expect. My father started this place, and I just took over. It isn't a fancy shop with air conditioning or anything like that. Just stacks of books and some notebooks. People come in, ask for what they need, and if we have it, we give it to them. If not, we tell them when the next shipment might arrive. The dust from the road gets in sometimes, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the counters. It is a simple life here. We see a lot of students and parents every day. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, but you get used to it after a few years. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the shop here at the gate. If you are looking for a specific textbook, we might have it tucked away somewhere in the back. It’s a bit cramped inside, but it works for us. We just keep doing what we do every day and hope for the best.
