Naresh Communication

The shop at Kamla Nehru Nagar 112 is where we spend all our time. Naresh Communication is a small place, mostly just a front counter and a few shelves for mobile accessories. We have been here for a good while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot since we started. Every morning, we open the shutters and sweep the front because the street gets quite dirty. We sell things like SIM cards and top-up vouchers, and we spend a lot of time helping people who can't get their internet settings to work. It’s a noisy street with plenty of bikes and people walking to the market, so there is always something to look at. We have a small plastic stool for customers to sit on if they are waiting for a screen guard to be put on. My brother usually handles the harder phone repairs in the back room where it is a bit quieter. We don't have any big marketing slogans or a shiny office. It is just a basic shop where we do our daily work. We know most of the people who live in the blocks around here by name. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour, and we just sit outside and talk to the neighbors. It is a slow and steady life, and we are quite happy being part of the local community here in this part of town.
