Nakoda Exports

Nakoda Exports is located at F-140A in the M.I.A. area, specifically the 2nd Phase of Basni. It’s a typical industrial spot. We have a big gate that’s usually open during the day so the breeze can come through the warehouse. It gets quite hot in the summer months, so we have these big fans going all the time. The floor is concrete and has a few cracks here and there, but it holds up. We move a lot of boxes every day. There’s always a truck backing in or pulling out. It’s not a quiet place. You can hear the sounds of machines and people shouting to be heard over the noise. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time. We know each other's families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. We don’t bother with fancy decorations in the office. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of ledgers. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit muddy, but we just put down some boards and keep going. It’s just a regular export house trying to get orders out on time. We don't have a big marketing team. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for years and people know our work. The tea boy comes by twice a day and that’s when we take our only real breaks.
