Osian Switchgear Control

We've been here at Osian Switchgear Control in Basni Phase II for a while now, right across from Rajasthan Art Crafts. Most people around Jodhpur know the area well since it's quite busy with all the industrial work going on. We handle switchgear and control panels mostly. It's dusty out here sometimes but we keep at it. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the job done. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook and other days it's just us sorting through parts and making sure the wiring is right. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. New buildings come up and old ones get a makeover. We just stay focused on the electrical stuff. It’s hard work, especially when the summer heat hits Jodhpur, but that's just how it is. We try to be helpful when someone comes in with a specific part they need for their setup. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. People usually find us because they’re already in the M.I.A. area for something else. If you're driving past the crafts place, you'll see us there. It’s a straightforward operation. We have our regulars who stop by for a chat and some business. It keeps us busy and we like the routine of the workshop. The floor is usually a mess of cables and tools, but we know where everything is.
