Jaidev Fashions

Jaidev Fashions is tucked away at 740/4, right behind the Basni Police Station. We’re in Phase II of the M. I. A. in Jodhpur. It’s a busy industrial area, but being behind the station makes it a bit quieter on our end of the street. We’ve been here for a while now. The space isn’t huge, but we make it work for everything we need to do. You’ll see a lot of fabric and scraps around if you walk in unexpectedly. It’s a working shop, not a fancy showroom. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. Jaidev Fashions is just us doing what we know how to do. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, making it pretty bright inside for a few hours. We usually have the radio playing in the background. It keeps the mood light while we work on our tasks. Jodhpur can be a tough place to run a business with the heat, but we’re used to it by now. We know the people in the neighboring units. We help each other out when someone needs a tool or a hand moving something heavy. It’s a simple way of living. We don’t have a website with fancy photos. If you want to see what we’re doing, you just have to come by. The address is easy to remember since everyone knows where the police station is. It’s a good landmark for us. We keep a small kettle for tea in the corner. That kettle has been with us since we opened.
