Agarwal Polysacks Pvt. Ltd. is our company located at E-649 in the M. I. A. Basni Phase II area of Jodhpur. Being in Jodhpur, we deal with a lot of heat, and the industrial area of Basni is no exception. Our factory is a place of constant movement where we turn plastic materials into bags and sacks for all kinds of uses. The floor is always covered in small bits of plastic thread and the sound of the weaving machines is quite loud. We do not have a fancy showroom because our customers are mostly other businesses who just need the product delivered. Our office is a simple room with a couple of desks and a lot of samples hanging on the walls. We spend our days coordinating with the suppliers and making sure the transport trucks can get in and out of the loading bay without too much trouble. Sometimes the machines need a bit of tinkering to keep them going, so there is usually someone with a wrench nearby. We take our lunch breaks together in the small shade we have outside. It is a long day from start to finish, but we like the rhythm of the work in Basni. The business is really about the machines and the people who know how to run them, nothing more complicated than that. We just try to get the orders out on time every week.
