Mahendra Road & Sewerage

We are based out here in Village Bhopalgarh, which most people just drive right through on their way to Jodhpur. It gets pretty hot and dusty during the day, especially when we are out on the roads. My family started this because there was always a need for better drainage around the taluka. We spend most of our time dealing with pipes, heavy machinery, and piles of dirt. It is not glamorous work at all. Usually, someone is calling because a line is backed up or a section of the road is crumbling away. We show up, dig the holes, and try to get it sorted before the sun gets too high. There are a few of us who have lived in the village our whole lives, so we know these streets pretty well. The office is just a simple place where we keep the tools and the truck keys. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but the actual work on the ground happens every day. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People just drop by or catch us while we are working on a site. It is just about keeping the water moving and the roads flat enough for the tractors and cars. We’ve seen the village change a bit over the years, but the basic problems with sewers and gravel stay about the same. It keeps us busy enough throughout the seasons.
