Mahendra Natural Stone

We’re located at 466, Pal Link Road. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re driving through the area. Mahendra Natural Stone has been here for a good few years now. The yard is filled with all kinds of slabs and blocks. It’s a lot of heavy lifting, so we’re always moving things around with the forklift. The sound of stone hitting stone is something you get used to after a few days. We don’t have a polished office; it’s more of a place where we sit down with a cup of tea and talk to whoever walks in. The dust from the stone gets everywhere, so don’t wear your best clothes if you come to visit. We take things as they come. Some days are packed with people looking for materials for their houses, and other days are quiet. We don't do any big advertising. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been on Pal Link Road for a long time and people know where to find us. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the weather is hot. We try to keep the yard organized, but with so much material coming in, it’s a constant battle. We just focus on being honest about what we have in stock and getting the measurements right. It’s a practical business and we like it that way. No fuss, just stone and hard work every day.
