L&T Ecc Division (By Aarvienercon Pvt Ltd)

Out here in Jodhpur, we run things for the L&T Ecc Division through Aarvienercon Pvt Ltd. Our main base is at 20/516 in the Chopsani Housing Board area, and Anirudh Mathur is the main person in charge here. It’s a bit of a different setup than what you might expect, as we’re located right in a housing board section of Rajasthan. The sun can be pretty brutal, so we’ve made our office a comfortable enough place to get through the workday. We don’t have a big marketing budget or any fancy brochures. We just focus on the engineering and support services that need to happen. Most of our day is spent dealing with the technical details of various projects in the region. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and checking over documents to make sure everything is correct. We aren’t trying to sound like a huge, polished company. We’re just a group of people doing a job in a place we know well. Jodhpur has its own way of doing things, and we’ve fit into that rhythm over time. Sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic with people coming and going, but we manage to keep things on track. We don’t believe in making things sound more complicated than they are. We just show up every day, handle the tasks on our list, and try to stay ahead of the schedule. It’s practical work for a practical team.
