Locuswater Solutions

We are located in Katla Bazar at Jagdamba No32. It is a busy part of the market, and there is always something going on outside our door. We handle water stuff, mostly filters and parts for pumps. The shop is not very big, and we have boxes stacked up almost to the ceiling in the back. Sometimes it is hard to find the exact valve someone is looking for, but we usually get there eventually. We have been here for a long time now. Most of the people around here know us. We are just a small crew of three people. Sometimes one of us has to go out to a house to look at a leaky pipe while the others stay to mind the counter. It gets hot in the summer, and the fan we have just moves the warm air around. We do not have any fancy signs or a big sales team. It is just honest work. If a customer comes in with a problem, we try to listen and see if we have the part that will fix it. Some days we are really busy and the phone won't stop ringing. Other days, we just sit and talk to the shopkeepers next door. We do not try to be anything we are not. We just run the shop and try to do right by the people who come in. It is a simple way to make a living, and we like it.
