If you go down 9th C Road in Sardarpura, you’ll find us at Neelam Bhavan. Kim Bakery Llp has been part of this Jodhpur neighborhood for a bit now. We aren't trying to be the most famous shop in town, just a local spot where people can get what they need. The address is 342001, right near the 15 AD bakery area. It gets pretty crowded on this street during the afternoons. Our space isn't huge, but it works for what we do every day. Sometimes the ovens get a little too warm, but that’s just how it goes in a bakery. We aren't much for fancy words or big advertisements. Most people just walk in because they live nearby or they're passing through Sardarpura. It's a busy part of Jodhpur, and we like being in the middle of it all. We spend most of our time actually working, so we don't have much to say in a brochure. It’s just us, the flour, and the daily routine. We’ve been at Neelam Bhavan long enough that we know the neighbors well. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign on 9th C Road. We keep things pretty straightforward and try not to overcomplicate the day. It’s just a regular business run by regular people who like what they do. We aren't fancy, but we show up every morning and get the work finished.
