J.K.Cement Ltd.

Our place is over at 173/12 in Ashok Nagar, right in the heart of Udaipur. It’s a decent-sized office for J.K.Cement Ltd. where we handle the regional side of things. Rajasthan is big on construction, so we stay pretty busy most days. The office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a functional space with some desks, old cabinets for the files, and a lot of calendars on the wall to keep track of deliveries. We get a lot of visitors, from small-scale builders to people just looking to fix up their homes. We try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long. Ashok Nagar is a good spot to be in because it's central and easy for the trucks to get nearby. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork and the tea cups, but we get the work done. The team here has been together for a few years, so we have a good rhythm. We don't go in for big meetings or fancy presentations. We just sit down with a notepad and figure out what the customer needs. It’s a straightforward way to run things. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us on the phone or checking the ledger. It’s a real working office and we wouldn't have it any other way. It feels like home after all this time.
