Balaji Glass House

Balaji Glass House is over here at Shop No. 14, right by the Prajapati Samaj Shree Yade Mandir on New Pali Road. If you are looking for us, we are sitting right across from the Indiabulls Mall, which makes us easy to find even when the traffic is bad. Dealing with glass all day is a lot of hard work and you have to be careful with your hands and your feet because one mistake and something is going to break. We spend a lot of our time moving the big sheets around and trying to keep them clean from the dust that blows in from the road. The mall across the way brings a lot of people to this area, so it gets pretty noisy with the horns and the people shouting. Our shop is not very large, but we have enough room to cut the glass for windows or mirrors or whatever else the locals need for their houses. Sometimes we just sit and wait for the glue to dry or for a customer to come back and pick up their order. It is a very normal sort of place with no big decorations or anything fancy. We just show up every morning and get to work on the orders we have. The temple being so close means we hear the sounds of the prayers during the day, which is a nice break from the noise of the traffic on New Pali Road. It is heavy work but it keeps us busy.
