J K Tyre & Industries Ltd has this spot to handle the local operations. It is a functional space, mostly used for storage and basic administrative tasks. The street, Gali No 8, can get quite crowded with delivery vehicles and workers during the day. It is not a place where you come for a quiet afternoon. The building is a typical industrial plot, built for utility rather than for looks. We have some heavy gates and a small office area inside. The walls have seen some wear and tear over the years, and there is always the smell of rubber or grease in the air, which is to be expected. We don't have any fancy marketing people sitting here; it is just the staff who know the industry. We spend our time checking inventory and coordinating with the drivers.
