Indian Panache

We’ve been here at 13/10 Lal Maidan on Paota B Road for quite a while now. Running Indian Panache is just what we do every day. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always something going on. People stop by when they’re in the neighborhood, and we try to keep things moving. We aren't a big fancy operation, just a local place where we handle our daily work. Sometimes the street gets noisy, but that's just part of being on Paota B Road. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but we’re still right here in the same spot. It’s not always perfect, sometimes things get a bit messy behind the scenes, but we get the job done. We spend most of our time making sure things are organized. If you're walking around Lal Maidan, you’ll probably see our sign. We don't spend much on advertising because we prefer to just focus on what's in front of us. Most of the folks who come in are regulars from around here. We know their names and they know ours. It feels like a small community even though the city is big. We keep the doors open and just take it one day at a time. It’s a simple setup, nothing too crazy or complicated. We just like being part of the local scene here. Hopefully, we'll be at this address for many more years. It's home for us, really. It’s just us, doing our thing at 13/10.
