Hmt Stones

We've been at Plot No. A-211 (A) in the Indraprastha Industrial Area for a good while now. It’s right on Road No. 6. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty dusty with all the stone work going on. Most days start early here. We get the gates open and the guys start moving things around. There’s usually a truck or two waiting. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we handle the inventory and talk to people who stop by. The sun hits the front of the building hard in the afternoon, so we usually keep the shutters halfway down to stay cool. People sometimes struggle to find the exact plot because the numbering around here is a bit strange, but once they see the Hmt Stones sign, they know they’re in the right spot. We spend a lot of time just keeping track of everything coming in and going out. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and checking the quality of the slabs. The noise from the other units on Road No. 6 is constant, but you get used to it after a week or so. We mostly just focus on getting the orders ready and making sure the paperwork is sorted. There isn't much to the office, just a couple of desks and a lot of samples lying around. It works for us and keep things moving. We usually close up when it starts getting dark.
