Our workshop is situated at Plot No. 5 in the Mia area, specifically Phase-II of the Basni Industrial Area. If you know where the police station is, we are right behind it. Being in an industrial zone means there is a lot of dust and the sound of machines running all day long. We have a decent-sized space here where we handle all our production. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are more focused on the work itself. Most of the staff comes from the local area, and some have been with us since we first opened this unit. We don’t really do retail sales from here, it’s mostly manufacturing. The loading dock is always busy in the afternoons when the transport trucks arrive. It gets quite hot in the summer months, but we have big fans going to keep the air moving. We keep our tools and materials organized as best as we can, though things tend to get messy by the end of a long shift. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We just show up, do the work, and head home. Having the police station so close is actually nice, makes the area feel a bit more secure at night. It's a basic setup that works for us, even if the floor is a bit uneven in the back corner and the lighting is a bit dim sometimes.
