Our office is at 66 Jawahar Colony in Jodhpur, right near the Polo Ground in Ratanada. If you know Jodhpur, you know Ratanada is a pretty well-known area. It’s got a bit of history to it. We are operating under the name Grasim Inductries Limired from this spot. The building is fairly standard for this neighborhood. That desert feel is present, with the stone work you see all over Rajasthan. Inside, it’s nothing special. Just some rooms turned into workspaces with tables and computers. No big sign is outside, so you might miss it if you aren't looking closely for the house number. The heat in the summer can be quite a lot, so keeping the curtains drawn most of the day helps keep the sun out. A small team works here, and we all know each other's habits by now. Usually, there’s a bit of chatter about what’s happening at the Polo Ground or local news while we work. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most modern office in the city. Getting through our tasks and making sure everything is recorded correctly is all we care about. A practical setup that works for what we do is how we describe it. Dealing with the dust that blows in from the street is just part of life in Jodhpur. Keeping the doors shut when the wind picks up is necessary. It's a bit small, but it works for our needs. We just do our work and keep the fans running.
