Glitz Cinema

Our cinema is tucked away in the Ratanada area. It’s not one of those massive megaplexes with twenty screens and overpriced popcorn. A few halls are what we have, and we show the movies people want to see. The building has been here for a while, giving it that old-school feel that some people really like. Projectors running smoothly and reasonably comfortable seats are what we spend time on. Ratanada is a busy part of town, so we provide a place where people can escape the heat for a couple of hours. Red carpets and celebrity events don't happen here. It’s just a place to watch a film with your friends or family. A small staff of local people handles the ticket counter and the snack bar. Big words aren't used in our descriptions and we don't try to sound like we're in Hollywood. It’s a local movie house, plain and simple. Sometimes the floors get a bit sticky during a big release, but we're quick with the mop. Keeping the lights on and the sound clear is the main thing. If you’re in Ratanada and looking for something to do, we’re easy to find. Movies starting on time is what we focus on every day. That’s our daily routine. Fancy things aren't needed to enjoy a good story on the screen. It is just about the films and the people who come to see them.
