Gagan Properties

We operate out of Kudi Bhagtasni Housing Board, specifically at 4/H/16. It is a residential area, so we are right in the middle of the neighborhood we work in. Most of the people we talk to are looking for houses or plots nearby. Our office is just a small room with a couple of desks and a lot of registers. We spend our days answering the phone and taking people out to see different properties in the sector. The housing board area has grown a lot lately, and we try to keep track of who is selling and who is buying. It’s a lot of legwork, walking from one block to another in the heat. Sometimes we have to wait around for owners to show up with the keys so we can get inside. We keep a map of the sectors on the wall so we can show people exactly where things are located. It’s just me and my partner running the show here. We don't have any fancy marketing stuff, just a sign outside the door. People stop by while they are out for their evening walk just to ask about current prices. We’ve seen kids grow up in this neighborhood while we’ve been working here. It’s a familiar routine of paperwork and site visits. We just try to help folks find a place.
