Working out here in Sangariya 1st Phase means we’re surrounded by factories and big trucks. Our unit at J 1/ 119 isn't hard to find if you know the RIICO layout. It’s mostly metal and concrete around here. The machines run for most of the day, so it’s never really quiet. We’ve got a small team, just a few guys who know their way around the equipment. It gets hot in the summer, so we try to get the heavy lifting done before noon. The floor is always covered in some kind of scrap or dust, no matter how much we sweep. We don't really have a front office, just a desk in the corner where the phone sits. People come by mostly to pick up orders or drop off materials. It’s a lot of manual labor, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. That’s just life in an industrial area like this one. We keep the gates open during the day so the air flows through. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do at F J Industries. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now and know all the other shop owners nearby. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise, but it works for us and keeps us moving every day without too much fuss.
