Evenness Welfare Foundation

We've been operating out of K-76 A Devi Road for a while now. Most people around Chandana Bhakar know where we are. It’s a busy part of Jodhpur, but we like it here. Evenness Welfare Foundation isn't a big fancy office or anything like that. We just focus on the day-to-day work that needs doing in our local community. Living in Rajasthan, you get used to the heat and the pace of life, and we try to keep things steady. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it's quiet enough to actually get some paperwork finished. We’ve got a small team, just regular folks who live nearby. We don’t have any big speeches to give. We just show up in the morning, open the doors, and see who needs help or what project is next on the list. It gets dusty out here on Devi Road, so there's always cleaning to do. Jodhpur is a big place, but it feels smaller when you're working right in the middle of it like this. If you happen to be passing through the 342008 area, you might see us. We don't have a massive sign out front, just a place where we get things done. It's not always perfect, and we make mistakes like anyone else, but we keep at it. That's pretty much how we run things around here. No bells or whistles, just the foundation and the people who make it work every day.
