Ergen Plastic Industries

We’ve been here at P7 & 8 in the Industrial Estate for quite a while now. Ergen Plastic Industries is just a place where we get the work done. It’s a bit noisy most days because the machines are always running, but that's how it goes in this line of work. Dealing with plastics means there is a lot of melting and shaping happening. The floor usually has some scraps on it by noon. We aren't fancy people here. Most of us just show up, do our shift, and head home. The estate itself is pretty busy, so there’s always trucks coming and going. Sometimes the gate gets stuck or the power flickers, but we manage. If you walk into our shop, you’ll see stacks of crates and bags everywhere. We make stuff that people use every day, even if they don't think about where it comes from. It's practical work. No one wears a suit to this office. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the dimensions are what they should be. It’s dusty, and the smell of warm plastic is something you just get used to after a week or two. We know the neighbors at the other units, and we mostly keep to ourselves. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the production lines moving so the bills get paid and the customers get their parts. It’s just how we do things at Ergen.
