Ercon Composites

Ercon Composites is located at F-123 in the M.I.A., Phase II area of Basni. This part of Jodhpur is strictly industrial, so it’s all about factories and workshops around here. The heat in Basni can be pretty intense, especially in the middle of the year, so our workspace is designed more for airflow than for looking good. We work with composites, which means there is always something being molded or trimmed on the floor. It is a very hands-on kind of place. You won’t find many people in suits here. We are usually in our work gear, dealing with materials and making sure the production line is moving. The building is a bit older, with some scratches on the walls and floors that show how much work has been done over the years. We have a small area for the administrative stuff, but the heart of the business is definitely in the back where the manufacturing happens. The neighbors in Phase II are mostly other industrial units, so we all know the sounds of the heavy machinery and the delivery trucks. It’s a busy, practical environment. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or corporate presentations. We just get the orders in, figure out the specs, and get to work. It is a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us for a long time. The day usually ends with us checking the lists one last time before heading home.
