At Dynamic Pharma, our daily operations happen at House No-14 in Basni V Tejaji Nagar Second Phase. It’s a bit of a long address. Since we are in House No-14, it feels more like a home than a cold office. Basni V Tejaji Nagar is a quieter part of town compared to the city center. The second phase has more space, which is good for all the boxes we handle. A couple of the rooms have been turned into storage areas with rows and rows of products. Most of the time, it's just the three of us working here. The morning starts with a cup of tea and a look at the delivery schedule. Outside House No-14, the street is usually pretty calm, though delivery trucks occasionally make some noise. There is no big fancy lobby here. You just walk in and you're right in the workspace with us. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving items from one room to another. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but our system is solid now. Being in Tejaji Nagar means avoiding the worst of the city traffic. The pace of things here at Dynamic Pharma suits us. It’s honest and straightforward work. We don't have glossy brochures or sales pitches. Our focus is simply doing the work and keeping House No-14 organized. That’s our day, every day.
