We are set up in a place called Vill-Bamenbardi, which is in the Neemuch district of Madhya Pradesh. Dsc Limited is the name on the gate, but around here, we are just the folks working on the local projects. It’s a quiet part of the country, away from the big highways and the noise of the bigger towns. Living and working in a village like this means you really get to know the land and the people. We don’t have a flashy office with glass walls; it’s more of a functional space where we store our tools and handle our logs. The air is a bit cleaner out here, and the work is steady. We’ve had to deal with our fair share of challenges, especially when the rains come and the dirt roads get a bit tricky to navigate. But that’s just part of being in Bamenbardi. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just want to make sure the work we do stands up to the test of time. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and some who came specifically for this branch. We eat together, work together, and sometimes even complain about the heat together. It’s a very human way to run a business. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry much about the rest of the world. Each day is about getting through the list and preparing for tomorrow.
