This is where Digitalshift Private Limited operates from. We are located at Plot Number 267 in the Pal area of Jodhpur. It’s actually a space that is part of a house belonging to Mona Soni and her husband Rajesh. Being in a residential-style setup means things are a bit more relaxed than a big glass building. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, mostly families living nearby and some small shops. Luni is the local block, but we are well within the Jodhpur municipal limits. We set up our office here because it felt more comfortable. There is a small gate at the front and we usually see kids playing in the street outside during the afternoons. Inside, we have a few rooms converted into our workspace. It’s not a corporate office with fancy glass doors. We have our computers and some basic furniture. Most mornings start with unlocking the door and letting some fresh air in before it gets too hot. Jodhpur can get very dusty, so cleaning the tables is the first task of the day. We don't have a big sign outside, just the address. People sometimes get lost finding the plot number because the lanes in Pal can be a bit confusing. But once you’re here, it’s just a normal place where work happens. We drink a lot of water because of the dry heat. It’s a modest spot but it works for what we need to do every day. We also have to keep track of our files in the small storage cupboard.
