Out here in Dhani, we run Dazzling Dreams Entertainment. Despite the name, most of what we do isn't very flashy. It’s a lot of sitting around at desks, making phone calls, and trying to organize events that actually work out. It’s mostly logistics and paperwork if you want to know the truth. We spend a lot of time arguing over schedules and trying to figure out how to fit everything into a day. The office in Dhani is a simple place. We don't have fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets everywhere. It’s just where we meet to get the planning done. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times everyone is shouting over each other because a deadline is coming up. We deal with all sorts of people, from performers to guys who just rent out the chairs and lights. It can be a headache when things don't arrive on time, which happens more than we'd like. We just try to stay on top of things as much as possible. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just show up, do the work, and hope the event goes off without a major problem. It’s a lot of long hours and late nights, especially when a project is close to being finished. We’re just local people trying to make things happen in our own way without making a big fuss about it. There’s always another thing to fix or a call to make before the day is over.
