Cross Country

Our place, Cross Country, is situated over at Khasara No. 1087. If you’re looking for us, we are right opposite Rajesh Motars in the Basni Iind Phase. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not exactly the prettiest part of town, but it’s where all the real work happens. You’ll see a lot of trucks and big machines moving around all day. Across the street, the guys at the motor shop are always busy, and that noise kind of blends into our day. We have a big shed where we keep our equipment and materials. It’s a lot of physical work, and we spend most of our time on our feet. The dust from the road gets everywhere, so we are always sweeping up, but it never stays clean for long. We’ve got a small office at the front where we handle the bills and phone calls, but most of us are usually out back. Basni is a tough neighborhood, but it’s practical for what we do. We don’t have a big staff, just a few reliable people who show up every morning. We don’t really do any advertising. Most people find us because they’re already in the area for the motor shops or other factories. We just keep the gates open and get through the list of tasks we have for the week. It’s straightforward work for straightforward people who don't mind getting their hands dirty.
