Cloud Nine Exports

Our setup is in West Patel Nagar, specifically F 1/4. We are quite close to the L.I.C. office on Circuit House Road. It’s a busy neighborhood in Delhi, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. We do export work here, which involves a lot of sitting at desks and dealing with paperwork and vendors. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs, a few computers, and stacks of shipping documents everywhere. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking the status of goods moving from one place to another. Sometimes the internet goes down or the courier doesn't show up, and it throws the whole day off. We just deal with it and try to catch up the next day. Being near the L.I.C. office means there are always people around, and the tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks. It’s a small operation, and we don't have a lot of fancy titles or a big board of directors. We just focus on the task at hand, which is usually getting products from point A to point B without too many problems. Some days are slow, and some are so frantic we forget to eat lunch until it's nearly dark. It’s a bit of a messy way to work sometimes, but it’s real and we’ve been doing it this way for a while.
