Bhawani Kirana Store

Bhawani Kirana Store is right across from the Dak Ghar in Gulabpura. Being near the post office means we see a lot of people coming and going every single day. We have been here for a good amount of time, providing the basic kirana items that every house needs. You can find dal, rice, oils, and all the spices for cooking in our little shop. It is not a supermarket, just a regular corner store where you can talk to the person behind the counter. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the view for a bit, but we are right there opposite the Dak Ghar. We try to stay stocked up on the things people in Gulabpura use the most. It gets quite busy in the mornings when everyone is out doing their shopping before the sun gets too hot. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the shop front where you can see the sacks of grain. My family helps out with the lifting and the accounts. It is a lot of work keeping everything sorted, but we manage. If you need something for your kitchen, we probably have it sitting on a shelf somewhere. We know the local rhythms here. People stop by for a chat while they wait for their flour to be weighed. It is just a normal part of life in this part of town. We hope to keep the doors open for many more years, just doing what we do every day.
