Shan Industries

Shan Industries is situated at F-137 in M. I. A. Basni Phase II. This part of Jodhpur is always busy, and our spot in the industrial area is no different. The building is a functional space, mostly used for the actual production work we do. It’s got high ceilings and a concrete floor that has picked up a few stains and cracks over the years. We have a small crew, and everyone knows what their job is. It isn't a quiet place by any means. There is usually the sound of metal or engines or something humming in the background. We have a small office area near the front entrance where we keep the ledger and the phone, but you won’t find many people sitting there for long. Most of the time, we are out on the floor making sure everything is moving along. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, making it pretty warm, so we keep the big doors open for a breeze. There is a lot of back and forth with the delivery drivers who come through the gates. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls. It is just a place where we show up and do the work we need to do. Sometimes we stay late when a big project is due, and those are the nights when we just order some food and keep going. It’s just how we run things here.
