Our place is located at No. 3 in the Basni Mia industrial area. It is a busy part of town with lots of trucks moving in and out all day long. We deal with industrial supplies and parts that the local factories need. The space is mostly a large room filled with metal shelves and heavy boxes. It’s not the kind of place where you come to browse. People usually call us or come in knowing exactly what part number they need for their machines. My cousins and I run the operations. We spend most of our time checking the inventory and loading goods onto the small commercial vehicles. It’s quite noisy because of the nearby workshops, so we often have to shout to be heard. The air is always a bit metallic and dusty. We don’t have a fancy sign, just a small board near the door. We open early in the morning because that is when the work starts in Basni. In the evenings, we sit outside for a bit before closing up. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping track of numbers. We don’t bother with much else besides making sure the orders are correct. It’s just a regular industrial business where we work hard every day to keep things moving for our customers.
