Krishna Fabrics

Krishna Fabrics is located in Jodhpur, specifically over in the Basni Phase II industrial area. We are on Road No. 7, at spot 7/6. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s loud and dusty most of the time, but we don’t mind. That’s just the way things are in M.I.A. We’ve been working out of this space for a long time. Rajasthan gets incredibly hot in the summer, so our warehouse can get pretty stuffy, but we have fans going. The work involves a lot of handling fabrics and making sure everything is stacked right. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just handle the day-to-day tasks. Most of us have been here for years, so we know the routine by heart. If you walk down Road No. 7, you’ll see our gates. It’s not a decorative place. It’s a working building where we get things done. We usually have trucks coming and going, which keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we catch up eventually. Jodhpur is a good place for this kind of business. People here know how to work hard. We don’t talk much about visions or anything like that. We just make sure the fabric is ready when it needs to be. That’s our day, every day, from morning until we lock up for the night.
