Artrans International

Our place, Artrans International, is situated on New Pali Road. We are quite close to Hotel Taj, so it’s easy to find if you’re coming from that direction. We’ve had P.O. Box No. 91 for a long time, and a lot of our mail still goes there. The address is 5-A, which is just a simple building where we handle all our business. It’s mostly desks, chairs, and a lot of papers scattered around. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby. We just focus on getting things sent out where they need to go. Working near the hotel means there are always people walking by, but inside it’s just us doing the usual tasks. Some of us have been working here since the beginning. We’ve seen the road get paved and the buildings around us grow taller. It gets dusty sometimes because of the wind, but we just sweep it out and keep going. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things look, as long as the work gets finished on time. We talk about the weather or what we’re having for lunch while we sort through the daily tasks. It’s a steady kind of life here. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making sure Artrans International keeps running like it always has.
