Anand Udyog Mandir

Our business operates out of Hariyadhana Ki Haveli. It’s an old place with thick walls and a lot of character. You can’t really compare it to those new glass buildings you see in the city center. Here, the rooms are a bit uneven and the lighting is sometimes dim, but it stays cool even when the sun is beating down outside. We call it Anand Udyog Mandir because it’s where we do our work, almost like a dedicated space for craft and industry. It’s not a factory with thousands of workers. It’s more of a workshop where we take our time to get things right. Sometimes the goats from the nearby houses wander near the entrance, and you can hear the sounds of the village throughout the day. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just have our hands and the tools we’ve used for years. Most of our day is spent handling materials and making sure the finished products are sturdy enough to last. We don’t rush things. If a job takes an extra day because the weather isn’t right or a machine needs a bit of oiling, then that’s just what happens. People know where to find us. They walk through the old gates and find us in the courtyard or the side rooms. It’s a very quiet way of living and working, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
