Our place is tucked away in Gali No.8 over in Basni 2nd Phase. It’s G-326, if you’re looking for the door number. The street can get pretty crowded with deliveries and people moving stuff around, so it’s always a bit of a squeeze getting through. All India has been operating out of this small corner for years. It’s not a big corporate building, just a practical space where we handle what needs doing. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and stacks of items. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the piles tend to grow. The staff here are mostly local folks who have been around the neighborhood for a long time. We know the tea stall guy and the other shop owners on the street. It feels like a community in Basni. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office because that's not what we're about. We just focus on getting the items sorted and shipped out. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just part of working in this area. It’s a straightforward life here. We show up early, do the work, and head home. There isn't much more to it than that. We like the rhythm of the place, even when the lane gets noisy or the weather turns dusty.
