Addictions

So, Addictions is our little spot over in Kamla Nehru Nagar in Jodhpur. If you know the 342008 area, you probably know where Kamla Nehru Nagar is. It’s a lively part of town. We set up shop here because it’s where everything happens. The name sounds a bit different, but it’s just what we went with when we started. We spend most of our time inside the store, arranging things on the shelves and talking to whoever walks in. It’s not a massive chain store or anything corporate. It’s just us. Some days it’s really quiet and we just sit and drink tea, and other days it’s a bit of a rush. Jodhpur gets quite hot, so we try to keep the shop comfortable for anyone coming by. We’ve been in this specific spot for some time now. We see the same faces from the neighborhood a lot. We don’t really have a big fancy website or a marketing team. Most people just find us while they’re walking through Kamla Nehru Nagar. We handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves, from cleaning the floors to checking the stock. It’s a simple life running a business here. We just try to keep things stocked up with what people are looking for. It’s nice being part of the local community.
