We are located in Tez Bhawan, right by Sojati Gate. It is a lively spot to be in Jodhpur, especially since we are right opposite Marwar Sweets. Sometimes the smell of frying snacks makes it hard to focus, but mostly it is just a nice part of the day when we can go across the street for a quick break. Being outside Sojati Gate means there is a constant flow of people, rickshaws, and bikes moving past our doors. Our office inside Tez Bhawan is nothing special, just a set of rooms where we keep all our records and computers. It can get a bit dusty with all the traffic outside, so we spend a fair amount of time just cleaning off the desks. We have a few old wooden benches for people to sit on while they wait, and the walls are mostly covered in shelves of old files. There is no big company logo or anything like that on the walls inside. We just have what we need to do our jobs every day. The morning usually starts with the sound of the shutters going up and the street noise slowly building. We deal with all sorts of people who come in from the market area. It is a very hands-on way to work, and we are used to the fast pace of this neighborhood. By the time we head out in the evening, the street lights are on and the sweet shop across the way is busier than ever.
