Sanaleibak Construction Private Limited has been running out of Jiribam for a while now. Our main spot is at 126 Ward 2, right along the Ring Road in Kalinagar. If you know the area, it is quite easy to find. Being out here in East Imphal, near the border of the state, makes things a bit different than being in the middle of town. The logistics can be a headache sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to coordinate where the trucks are and when the gravel is going to arrive. Our office is a simple place, nothing special to look at, but it gets the job done. We have a small crew of guys who have been with us since the beginning. Most of them are from around Kalinagar or the nearby wards. We handle a lot of the basic construction needs for the folks around here. Whether it's a small foundation or something a bit bigger, we just take it as it comes. The sun gets really hot on the Ring Road, so we usually start early in the morning to beat the heat. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us answering the phone and writing down what needs to be done. We try to be honest about how long things take because there’s no point in lying when everyone knows everyone else in Jiribam. We just keep our heads down and keep building.
