Shri Balaji Industries

Our place, Shri Balaji Industries, is located right on the Main Road in Village Hatt, which is part of the Jind district. Being out here in the village means things move a little differently than they do in the big cities nearby. The traffic on the main road is mostly tractors and local buses passing by throughout the day. We’ve got a fairly simple setup here. It’s a lot of manual labor and making sure the supplies arrive when they’re supposed to. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit of a mess, but we manage to keep things moving. We aren't a big fancy company with a lot of staff. It’s just a group of us from the local area working together. We know most of the people who stop by for a chat. Most of our day is spent handling the heavy stuff and checking the stock in the back. It can get pretty hot in the summer, especially with the metal roof we have, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines and sofas. If you come by, you’ll probably find us out on the floor working with our hands. We just try to get the job done and get home to our families at a reasonable hour. It's steady work and we like being part of the village life here in Jind. It's quiet mostly.
