This part of Jind is always full of people buying vegetables and shouting, so it’s never quiet. As a Tv Engineer, I spend most of my day hunched over a workbench with a soldering iron in my hand. The shop is filled with old television sets, some with their backs off and wires spilling out everywhere. It’s a bit of a mess, honestly, but I know exactly where every tool is kept. We get people coming in from all over the rural parts of Haryana 126112 with broken remotes or screens that won't turn on. Sometimes I have to go out to their houses if the TV is too big to carry on a motorcycle. My hands are usually stained with grease or dust from the old circuit boards. We don't have a fancy showroom; it's just a place to get things fixed so people can watch their news or dramas in the evening. There are stacks of spare parts in the back that I’ve collected over the years. I usually have the radio playing in the background while I work. When the market across the street closes, I finally get some peace to finish the harder repairs. It is hard work, but someone has to do it, and I've been doing it for years now.
