Singh Traders is located in a nice spot in Roop Nagar, right near the Hanuman Mandir. You can often hear the temple bells from our doorway, which is a nice way to mark the time throughout the day. Our shop is a simple place where we keep our trade goods. It is a local business, so we know many of our customers by their first names. We don't have a big corporate structure. It is usually just one or two of us here at a time. The street in Roop Nagar is narrow, so it feels very much like a neighborhood business. We open the shutters in the morning and sweep the front area before we get started. Most of the day is spent talking to people who come in or arranging the stock on the shelves. We keep everything recorded in our books. It is not a high-tech operation, but it has worked for us for years. Sometimes people just stop by to say hello or have a quick chat about the weather. We like being near the temple because it brings a lot of foot traffic and a good energy to the corner. We don't put out big ads or try to sell people things they don't need. We just have what we have, and we offer it at a fair price. It is a quiet, steady life here in Roop Nagar, and we are happy to be part of the community.
