Simplex Infrastructures Limited

In the village of Alewa, which is out in the Jind district of Haryana, you’ll find our office. It’s listed under Simplex Infrastructures Limited, but most people around the V.P.O-Alewa just know us as the infrastructure guys. Working in a rural spot like this means things are done a bit differently. We follow the rhythm of the village. The mornings are early, and we usually wrap up as the sun starts to set over the fields. Our office is a simple building with white walls and a few ceiling fans that click as they spin. There is always a bit of mud on the floor from people coming in from the sites. We don't have a corporate cafeteria; we usually get our lunch from one of the local dhabas or bring it from home. It’s a small, tight-knit group here in Jind 126102. We spend our time talking to contractors and checking on the heavy machinery. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes, which can be frustrating, but we make do. We don't use a lot of fancy words or have big meetings in boardrooms. Most decisions are made over a glass of water and a quick chat near the trucks. It’s a very direct way of working. We’ve been part of this community for a while now, and we appreciate the honest, no-nonsense attitude of the people here in Haryana. It is just a simple life here with plenty of hard work.
